Questionnaires

Purpose

• The questionnaires allow the Manaiakalani team to gather insight from leaders, teachers, learners, and whānau on behalf of clusters and principals.

• By identifying broad trends, and triangulating survey responses with classroom observation and achievement data, we can better understand and improve teaching and learning.

• The questionnaires are used summatively by the Manaiakalani Research Team to record as a snapshot.

• The new 2026 "stocktake" questions help us understand what’s working well and how we can make the Manaiakalani Programme even better.

• The ultimate goal of collecting this data is to accelerate learner achievement.
